Payment of Fees
We accept payment by means of cash, cheque or debit/credit card.
Will you please make cheques payable to "Milton House Surgery".
Payment is normally required at the time of your vaccination appointment. If, however, you are having a course of more than one dose, we will require payment by the time the second dose is due. Any third dose required will not be administered until payment in full has been received.
Whilst we are able to vaccinate people who are not fully registered patients e.g. a relative or a temporary resident etc., payment for any vaccination must always be in full BEFORE any vaccination(s) is given
You are likely to be asked to re-book an appointment if you fail to make payment by the time it becomes due
