Repeat Prescriptions

These will only be issued with the agreement of a doctor.

Requests can ONLY be accepted by letter, fax, e-mail and in person.

Telephone requests CANNOT be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE:

We require at least 2 working days for the prescription to be prepared.

Please do not ask us to provide a prescription in a shorter timescale as it is very unlikely we will be able to do so.

If preferred, we can arrange for the prescription to go to a chemist in the town. Please ensure this is stated at the time the prescription is requested and allow an extra working day for this to arrive at your nominated chemist
