On Line Appointment Bookings

We now have the facility where you can book certain appointments online. To enable you to do so , you first need a User Name and password.

How to obtain your User Name and password

We will need your request in writing. You may either send a letter to Mrs Wendy Birtchnell, Patient Services Manager or click on the link below to send an e-mail of your request:

Your User name and password details will be sent in a letter by post to the address you have registered with us and should be received within 5 working days of your request. Please contact us if you have not received them within this timescale.

What to do when you have your User Name and Password

You will need to register online with your details. Please click on the link below to go to the relevant web site.

NB - You will be given the opportunity to print your appointment confirmation when you have made your appointment. We recommend you use this option and bring your print out with you when coming to the surgery.
