Extended Opening Hours

To meet the criteria of the new extended hours service we have decided to provide the following additional opening hours which will alternate on a Week 1, Week 2, Week 1, Week 2 rolling basis.

We will thereforebe providing additional hours on some weekdays and alternate Saturdays.

Appointments provided will be pre-bookable.

These additional appointments will be provided from the week commencing 3rd November 2008 (Week 1).

Week 2
Wednesday	6.30 p.m. - 8.00 p.m.	6.30 p.m. - 7.20 p.m.
Thursday	6.30 p.m. - 8.00 p.m.	6.30 p.m. - 7.20 p.m.

Please note that during these additional hours:

• there will be no telephone service provided
• if you need to be seen urgently and there are no appointments available, you will need to use the Out Of Hours service i.e.
